1) What you are buying

• All items in this shop are made to order photo posters.

• Prints are produced and shipped on demand by Printful (printful.com), my third-party fulfillment partner.

• You are purchasing a physical print for personal display. All copyrights remain with the photographer. No reproduction, scanning, resale, licensing or commercial use is permitted without written permission.

 

2) Order processing (fulfillment)

• Standard production time: 2–5 business days for all techniques.

• More than 50% of orders ship within 3 business days; 97.66% ship within 5 business days.

• Processing time does not include shipping time. Your estimated delivery = processing time + shipping time.

• Orders are automatically routed by Printful’s system to the most suitable facility based on your address and stock availability. You cannot select a specific facility.

  • Europe facilities: Barcelona (Spain), near Riga Airport (Latvia), Wolverhampton (UK).

  • In ~99% of cases the facility closest to the recipient is used; rare exceptions may occur if an item is out of stock.

 

3) Shipping & delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price.

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to print file issues, stock shortages, failed delivery attempts, carrier disruptions, customs, or other events beyond our control.

• If your Estimated Delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days and then email tatiana.mocchetti@gmail.com so I can check the status and advise next steps.

• Multiple items in one order may ship separately.

 

Countries we currently cannot ship to (Subject to change due to legal or carrier restrictions.)
Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Gaza Strip (Palestine); Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; Syria; North Korea.
Note: Shipments to Ukraine are currently limited and only possible for items produced in Latvia.

 

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

4) Address changes, order edits & cancellations

• You can request a change or cancellation before an order enters production.

• Once an order has been fulfilled (in production or shipped), it can no longer be edited or cancelled.

• If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact me immediately at tatiana.mocchetti@gmail.com.

 

5) Returns, exchanges & damaged items

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).
We will replace or refund if your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective:

1. Email tatiana.mocchetti@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

3. I’ll liaise with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6) Product details & color disclaimer

• Minor color variations can occur between on-screen previews and printed posters due to monitor settings, ink/paper differences and lighting.

• Some artworks may involve light cropping or a white border to respect the original photo ratio.

 

7) Pricing, taxes & currency

• Prices are shown before shipping and may change without notice.

• Taxes (VAT/GST) may be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping country/region and Printful’s tax obligations.

 

8) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, war, government actions).

 

9) Governing law

Unless required otherwise by mandatory local consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the owner’s country of residence.
